AstroPower ManagerAstro Power Management is a visual planning tool for astrophotography rigs that helps you understand and validate how your equipment is powered and connected. Instead of juggling spreadsheets and guesswork, you can build your rig digitally, wire up power and USB connections, and instantly see how amps are distributed across power ports, rails, and devices. The app highlights potential overloads, shows how your USB chain is structured, and estimates runtime when using batteries — all in a clear, easy-to-read flow diagram. This tool was built to solve a common problem in astrophotography: modern rigs are complex, power-hungry, and increasingly sensitive to wiring and current limits. Astro Power Management helps you plan safer, more reliable setups before you’re in the field — or troubleshoot existing rigs with confidence.
PYTHON PROGRAMv3.2.11
PFR SentinelAutomated image annotation for astrophotography A Windows utility that automatically adds customizable text overlays (camera info, exposure, timestamp, etc.) to your astrophotography images. Works with any capture software via folder monitoring, or connects directly to ZWO ASI cameras. Built for 24/7 unattended operation—ideal for all-sky cameras and meteor monitoring.

PIXINSIGHT SCRIPTSv1.5.5
PixInsight ScriptsPixInsight Scripts AstroBin Export is a PixInsight script designed to simplify publishing your astrophotography work to AstroBin. It automatically extracts key acquisition and processing metadata—such as filters, exposure times, binning, gain, and session details—from your images and formats them into an AstroBin-ready export. This removes the need for manual data entry and helps keep uploads consistent and accurate, especially when working across multiple nights or filters. SNR Analysis provides a quantitative way to evaluate the quality of your data by measuring the signal-to-noise ratio of your images. By sampling signal and background noise directly from the image, the script helps you understand how effective your acquisition and integration strategy has been. It’s particularly useful for comparing datasets, optimizing exposure plans, and deciding when additional integration time will meaningfully improve your results. Installation Options The easiest way to install and keep these scripts up to date: Open PixInsight Go to Resources → Updates → Manage Repositories... Click the Add button Paste this URL: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/englishfox90/PixInsight_Scripts/main/updates/ Click OK to close the Manage Repositories dialog Click Check for Updates Select the AstroBin Export package when it appears Click Apply and restart PixInsight when prompted Find the script under ``Script → PFRAstro``
